Sessions are small group-based training for players of like mindedness - serious about improving their game and at the Div 1 or BCSPL level.
The field surface is turf so wear appropriate footwear.

Mindset serves as a critical differentiator amongst top soccer players. Beyond the physical abilities and technical skills that many athletes possess, it is their mental fortitude that often distinguishes the best from the rest.
- 10-week on-line program
- 75 min interactive session consisting of: 30 mins Lecture; 30 mins Tactical Video; 15 mins open
discussion & questions - The Level 1 course is a pre-requisite for the Level 2 Course. Once the Level 2 course is completed,
players are eligible for individual sessions specific to their needs - All sessions are recorded, and lecture materials are provided to attendees
